HBPC is not responsible for lack of book sales or marketing results. HBPC provides editing, self-publishing, and other creative services, along with complimentary resources to help authors market and sell their books. The company does not guarantee marketing results or book sales.

terms of contract.

If you are a contracted Customer, please refer to your individual service contract(s) for additional terms and conditions, including payment policy and agreement.

refund policy.

There are no refunds of deposit or payment. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product or service, we will work to fix it and make it right.

royalties and commissions.

When you self-publish an eBook with Haint Blue Publishing Company, you keep 70% of your book's royalties and Amazon keeps 30%. HBPC keeps 0% royalties and we take no commissions. We charge a flat rate for each of our services and packages. Amazon paperback rates vary.

non-disclosure agreement.

Under no circumstances will HBPC share or distribute your work to third party vendors or contacts without your permission, and under this agreement we expect the same standard in return. Upon visiting the HBPC website, engaging in contact with us, subscribing to our newsletter and/or other services, and enjoying our complementary educational resources, you agree not to steal, copy, borrow, or redistribute any of the aforementioned items or services under yours our someone else's name or label without our written consent. Failure to comply with these terms will result in revocation of services, resources, and legal action.

design usage agreement.

By contracting with Haint Blue Publishing Company to create any sort of design for you, your book, your author brand, your website, and/or your social media accounts, you agree to allow us to use those designs to promote our work, services, and/or your work and website here on our HBPC website and within our marketing materials.
