Payment in full is required at time of scheduling each Creative Coaching session.
Refund Policy
Haint Blue Creative® reserves a no-refund policy on services delivered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Creative Coaching session prior to attending, please see our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy below.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Your session is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. See details below.
Rescheduling: Changes made before the 24-hour deadline are free, with two opportunities for rescheduling. Any attempt at rescheduling your session after the second occurrence will result in the cancellation of your session and you will not receive a refund. Please reschedule your session by replying to your booking confirmation email. If you do not have access to that email, please contact Amanda Hughes at mandy@haintbluecreative.com.
Cancellations: Cancellations made before the 24-hour deadline can receive a full refund, minus payment processing fees. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Please make cancellations by replying to your booking confirmation email. If you do not have access to that email, please contact Amanda Hughes at mandy@haintbluecreative.com.
No-Shows: If you miss your session without notice, the session is forfeited and payment is non-refundable.
